Finally!!! Dance classes created specifically for gymnasts!
As a coach, I get the opportunity to travel around the country teaching the sport that I grew up loving, and as I travel, one of the things I hear most often when talking to coaches and parents, is how hard it is to find a dance teacher that understands how to teach dance for gymnastics, so that dance isn't just a fun class, but something that is actually improving their gymnastics.
How can dance improve our gymnastics? By reinforcing the techniques of every single leap, jump and turn that a gymnast will ever do, which all have their foundation in Ballet! So when we improve our dance we improve our:

-Jumps
-Turns
-Landings
-Posture
-Performance
-Core strength
-Shaping on All the Events
Each one of these areas, have their foundation in Ballet and dance, and each area affects a gymnast's artistry and execution scores, so when we improve our dance foundation, our scores go up.
Having never been a power tumbler, dance was the way that I was able to boost my score and throughout my own career, I proved that we can actually dance our way to a higher score!

The Original Dance For Gymnastics Course is a progressive 6 month course, with 6 lessons in each month, covering Ballet Barre, footwork complexes, center work, dance and movement warmups, drills for balance, leaps, jumps and turns, as well as including choreographed dances featuring different styles such as jazz, lyrical, hip hop and contemporary.

New for this Summer a Performance Pack that you can personalize! From this collection of 8 new classes, you get to choose the classes that you want to take. Choose from 2 dance warmups, a movement complex, an acting class, a musicality class, 2 choreographed dances and a rhythm exercise. Choose only 1 or take all 8!
